אכן לא יכול לבוא פסיק לפני that כאשר הוא פותח משפט זיקה, אבל כאן זה לא המצב כי יש לך מאמר מוסגר (מלל בין שני פסיקים) שכפי שאמרנו, אפשר להשמיט אותו כשאתה קורא (אלא אם כן הוא בקו), ולכן הפסיק לפני that הוא לא של משפט הזיקה אלא "הסגירה" של המאמר המוסגר. זכור שהוא טפל ולא עיקר ושאין לו השפעה תחבירית על המשפט. כלומר תשמיט אותו (ביחד עם הפסיקים שלו) וככה תקרא את המשפט ותיראה שהוא תקין.
